You can also search for a location if you do not allow the app access to your Location. This is not a requirement, but by enabling Location allows the app to find stores nearest to you. You can redeem your rewards in the restaurant using the QR code in the app or you can redeem them on your online order in the app or on our website by adding the applicable item to your basket and applying the reward from the "Available rewards and offers" section in the basket. If you do not have our app currently, you can search for McAlister's Deli in the app store to download it. If you have our app currently, you will just need to update the app and sign up again using the same email address.
We have also revamped our McAlister’s Rewards program to allow guests to earn points on every purchase towards rewards that they can redeem when and how they want. We have completely redesigned the app to provide a more user-friendly experience.
